QualX Corporation is actively seeking a full-time Corporate Recruiter to assist the Human Resources Director with full life-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates, to prescreening and initiating offers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Project Managers on a daily basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
- Attract candidates using various resources and job boards including LinkedIn, Monster, and Clearance Jobs
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to career site and appropriate job boards
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct phone screens to better assess applicants’ qualifications and schedule in person interviews with hiring managers
- Perform reference and background checks
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Program Management Office (PMO)
- Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or staffing agency)
- Solid ability to screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with Deltek Talent Management preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
